DELIVERY METHODS

Orders are delivered according to the method you select.

Within Lithuania:

  • DPD Pickup Points – delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • DPD Courier to your address – delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • LP Express Parcel Terminals – delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:

  • By Lithuanian Post (registered priority mail) – delivery time depends on the destination country.

  • By DPD Courier to EU countries – delivery within 1–7 business days.

Please note:
To arrange international delivery, contact us at info@undaprisca.com, indicating your address and the products you wish to order.
This is a temporary solution — in the near future, international shipping will be available directly through our online store checkout.

You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.
If delivery is made to a parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection.

If you have not received your shipment or an SMS notification within 5 business days after receiving our dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@undaprisca.com, indicating your order number.

DELIVERY NOTES

  • Orders placed on Fridays are usually shipped the following week (from Tuesday), once our studio reopens.

  • Please note that courier and postal services do not operate on weekends.

  • When choosing parcel terminal or postal delivery, the parcel must be collected within the service provider’s specified time frame.

  • If you choose courier delivery, please ensure that you are available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.

Upon receiving your parcel (from courier, parcel terminal, or post office), check the condition of the package immediately.
If you notice any damage, please ask the courier or postal worker to record it in the delivery documentation.

After receiving the parcel, check the quantity and condition of the products without delay.
If any items are missing, damaged, or do not match your order, please notify us by email at info@undaprisca.com no later than the next business day.

Below are indicative delivery prices.
The exact price is shown during checkout, depending on the chosen delivery method.

Within Lithuania:

  • DPD Pickup Points – €4

  • DPD Courier – €8

  • LP Express Parcel Terminals – €4

  • Pickup from our studio – Free of charge

International (indicative rates; exact cost depends on parcel weight):

  • Lithuanian Post: to EU countries – €13, to other countries – €32

  • DPD Courier to EU countries – €16
